Hey people I made another compilation. This Modded Driver has the
852-865g and the 915 Drivers.
All latest core files for the driver (ialmnt5.sys) have been acquired
through Windows Vista Drivers. As Intel had given up making new
dirvers for these controllers ages ago, this is the latest compatible
diver. This one should work well on a 915. It is really recommended if
you have an 8xx series or a 915/910 Controller as it can really boost
performance. Please notify me if you have any problems.
Also added to really increase performance for 910/915 Controller is
that this 915 driver is compatible with the following release of GMA
Booster. This will really boost gaming. It took quite some time to
find a working release and driver but they both are now combined.

Intel 915 Drivers Windows 10

That's interesting because I'm running an Intel 915 under Win7 and MY driver was obtained simply by running Windows Update - and the current version I have (4.10.4764) is newer than the latest version shown in the Microsoft Update catalog. Intel is not releasing any updated drivers for Intel 915 based on what I read. Windows won't allow the Intel 915 chipsets to be WDDM compatible, so Intel has no reason to update the driver, as Windows won't recognize it as being compatible.
Intel 915 Graphics Driver Windows 10
- No WDDM drivers or any other trick for Intel 915GM graphics. Windows 10 will install the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter which has no hardware acceleration and any 3D graphics (even the screensavers) will be rather slow, making your system look slower than it is.
- The drivers for Intel Corporation 915G/915GV/910GL Embedded Graphics Chipset Function 0 for Windows 7 x64 were not found in the catalog. Download DriverPack to select the driver automatically.
- Intel have a onbard driver chipset out in the market place with X 000,000's of units either in build or shipped - Microsoft set the standards for the drivers and the 915 / 945 doesn't fit the spec - so there are two choices 1. Be honest and ensure that machines that won't run aero don't get the 'Vista Badge' or stick a 'Vista Capable' badge on.
